Easy Hot Taco Dip Your Family Will Love

Our Family Loves Tacos! Yes, we are truly a Taco Tuesday kind of Family. We love the flavors, the crunch of the corn taco shell, the freshness of toppings, and of course, cheese and ground beef! Yum!!!! But it is not always easy to serve Tacos. For instance, if you are serving a crowd, or wanting to sit down and watch the big game, Making Tacos for a crowd can be a challenge. So, I decided to go easy, without losing the flavors and textures of Tacos, and created this Easy Hot Taco Dip Recipe, Your Family Will Love!

How I make the Rich Cheesy Taco Dip

To be honest, this is a little more than a dip, but if your family and guests love rich and hearty meals, this is the dip for them. I take ground beef, taco seasoning, cheese, salsa, and add in a kick with Ro-tel. And of course, sour cream. Then serve it with Corn Chips, Fresh Red Onion, Chopped Olives, and Chopped Tomatoes. You can even add a bowl of shredded lettuce to serve it on. Warningโ€ฆ.this dip is fairly addictive!!! It is so yummy, and the flavors are so vibrant that you might find your guests eating it until gone and asking for the recipe!

Itโ€™s Hard to Stop Eating.

I must confess that when I made the dip for pictures today it smelled amazing. My daughter and I have been dieting for weeks and I had missed lunch. I sat down to take pictures, and thought, well, I might as well eat the sample serving of the dip. My Mom was at the table as well and had a little bowl. Um, then we had some more. Finally, I had to wrap it up and put it in the fridge. I am serving the dip as a dinner tonight to my family served on a bed of lettuce with chips on the side. But truly, it is so very good! I know you will enjoy it as well!

I pinned this for later use. We like meals where we don’t have to use utensils so this will be great. And it has TACO in the description. Even better!

I love Mexican food, and this dip would probably be good with chicken as well! I have never purchased green salsa, so I will have to look for that at the grocery store. Pinned this recipe for later!
