Easy Hot Taco Dip, Your Family Will Love

This quick and Easy Hot Taco Dip is so delicious! It's hard to stop eating it once you take your first bite. Whether you are serving game day appetizers, or serving it with lettuce for a meal, it will definitely be a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Can Rotel, undrained You can use regular or spicy
  • 1/2 Cup Green Salsa
  • 8 Ounces Shredded Cheddar
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 Can Olives, Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Bags Corn Chips Solid Corn Chips, Frito Scoops, or Tostito Scoops are needed. This is a heavy dip so Cantina style chips will break.

Instructions

  1. In large fry pan cook ground beef until crumbly. Drain all fat out. Add in Pepper.

  2. While the Ground Beef is cooking, chop Onion, Tomato, and Olives and set aside.

  3. Pour in Taco Seasoning, and can of Ro-tel. Cook on medium until bubbling, and then reduce heat fro 15 minutes to low.

  4. Add in Green Salsa, and cook for 3 minutes. Add in 1/2 of Cheese until melted.

  5. Add in Sour Cream.

  6. Remove Dip from Heat and place in a serving dish or crock pot to stay warm.

  7. Serve with onions, tomatoes, olives, and chips. You can also offer sour cream as well. Enjoy!
