This quick and easy Ice Cream Pie is not only easy, it is delicious!
Crush Cookies in plastic bag or pulse in food processor until crumbs. Include creme filling in the crushed mixture.
Mix crushed cookies and butter until incorporated.
Press cookie mixture into one 8 inch pie plate or tin. Drizzle Chocolate Sauce over bottom. Let Rest in Refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Soften first flavor of Ice Cream for 10 minutes. Then scoop flat sections of the ice cream into the bottom of the pie plate. Smooth into a rounded mound and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Soften second flavor of Ice Cream for 10 minutes. Scoop flat sections of the ice cream into and layer over the first layer of ice cream. Use a warm spoon to smooth the ice cream into a nice rounded mound shape. Place in the Freezer for 30 minutes.
Garnish the Easy Ice Cream Pie with Whipped Cream, Fruit, Additional Chocolate Sauce, or Candies depending on the flavors of Ice Cream you have used. Enjoy!
This Easy Ice Cream Pie can be used with any flavors of Ice Cream or Sherbert. We typically make one for our family, and a spare to share as they are so easy and tasty.
Some of our favorites have been Cherry and Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate with Chocolate Mint Ice Cream, and Strawberry Vanilla garnished with Strawberries dipped in white chocolate!
